Conway Lakes is the premier Health and Rehabilitation in Orlando, Fl. As the Director of Admissions I am responsible for the processing and preparing of patients for their potential placement with us. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and the Business Office, I coordinate the reviewal process and work directly with our community liaisons who are out meeting the patients. Once placement is made, my team of concierge CNA's assist the patient and nursing staff in making the transition to our facility as smooth as possible.

O2B Kids is an "Edutainment" facility catering to children 6 weeks to 13yrs of age. Inside a 30,000 sq ft building there is a Kids College (pre-school), After School program, indoor/outdoor play structures, and over 200 different extra curricular classes all taking place at the same time. I am responsible for all the daily operations inside the facility as well as managing all supervisors and a staff close to 90 employees. Maintance, Housekeeping, Café, Special Events, Offsites, Birthday Parties, and Play Leaders were all directly under me. In addition I was heavily involved with all hiring and training of staff as well as the sales/tours aspect of the company. In my time here I have developed multiple games and systems for both staff and children. I helped create an amazing birthday party experience for all children attending. Was the primary person onsite during the company's expansion to Orlando from Gainesville.

Daytona Beach, Florida Area

Responsible for all activities for all resort guests to enjoy. Handled all guest situations or behavior management issues. Staffing, maintenance, budgeting, customer service, cash handling, and guest relations were all apart of the daily activities. Responsible for hiring and training of staff for kids crew and fitness center. Maintained excellent relationships with all guests and staff. I taught high energy developmental classes for children 6 weeks to 12 yrs of age. Delivered high quality classes with up to 30 children with or without parent involvement. Transferred early childhood educational knowledge to parents and helped build self confidence in the children. Toured and sold the program to prospective families.
