Develop the relationship with these clients by cross selling across various products and regions where ING is active. Actively originate and help in the structuring of ECM / DCM / PCM and FM products for this client list.

Develop and manage the bank’s relationships with financial institutions (banks, insurance companies and asset managers) in Luxembourg as well as originate and develop new relationships with this client segment. Focus on FM – DCM products as well as PCM services. Developed an in depth knowledge of the financial institution landscape of Luxembourg.

Origination and execution of sale and acquisition mandates for real estate assets in Belgium with a focus on office buildings and large scheme residential projects. Broadened the knowledge gained in previous job into a thorough understanding of Belgian real estate market. Has successfully originated and completed several capital market transactions.

Develop and manage the bank’s relationships with a portfolio of clients active in the real estate market as well as originate and develop new relationships. Originate and structuring of credit transactions for real estate developers, investors and construction companies. Developed knowledge of the real estate sector and its specific financing needs. Gained access and recognition among a pool of significant actors in the Brussels real estate market.

Origination and syndication function within the high grade fixed income platform of the ING Group. Structuring and pricing of Eurobond issues as well as pitching ING’s fixed income capabilities to Fortune 500 corporations.

Develop and manage the bank’s relationships with American subsidiaries of European companies. Cover 40 accounts across numerous industries. Utilize commercial banking and credit analysis skills. Originate and follow-up lead-agent mandates, M&A transactions, project finance transactions, as well as other commercial banking products.

Analyzed US capital markets and trends in financial products to develop new revenue sources; established policy proposals for these new product lines. Policy proposals covering the set up of a leveraged loan portfolio, the purchase of loans on the secondary market with a focus on cable loans from Japanese banks, participations in structured notes and in funds investing in the loan market.
