Credit Risk Mgmt•Bank Officer for Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A.•Manage a $2Bn portfolio of Securities Based Loans •Evaluate prospective loans and underwrite new loans for Ultra High Net Worth clients while limiting the risk to the Bank• Prepare materials for various bank exams, compliance reviews and other audit related requests•Conduct monthly quality control reviews to ensure underwriting standards are consistent with regulatory requirements•Support ongoing regulatory and compliance monitoring on the bank's securities based lending portfolio

•Manage equity and convertible bond trades for a large subset of institutional clients by opening up new equity accounts, resolving trade differences with the sales desk, and ensuring market settlement•Strengthen client relationships by providing timely market information and trade-related details to various hedge funds and investment managers•Create market summaries including flow charts to outside clients and sales traders for various Asian and European equity markets•Perform risk analysis, drafted reports around client trading patterns and presented regularly to management•Utilize Bloomberg to access market information and to verify security details such as accrued interest on convertible bonds •Contribute in structuring the department's operational risk model that factors in key risk items such as market exposure on open trades, unallocated trades, and high value executions
