Assisting Dr. Kent Jones on Bioinformatics research project for discovering Celiac Disease treatments using machine learning (volunteered for two years prior to obtaining paid position). Working in collaboration with Biology and Chemistry departments. Largely research and theory based at this point, but has involved some python coding while working with MODELLER.

Help maintain computer labs and printers. Install software as required. Assist students and guests with difficulties operating programs including Microsoft Office and Visual Studio. Occasional homework help for Computer Science students.

Algorithmic improvements to recognizing and tracking objects in images (implemented in C). Integration of said algorithmic improvements into Objective-C iOS program BrowsAR and iOS library SiREAL SDK. Research and integration of Natural Feature Tracking into BrowsAR and SiREAL SDK. Minor BASH scripting to manage included files in SiREAL SDK.

Operate cash register, direct customers to merchandise locations, maintain stock and displays, set up advertising.
