Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Siemens NX CAD software for the company as well as progressive die design utilizing NX, SolidWorks & AutoCad.

Responsible for Holemaking custom solutions and Applications Engineering.Design drilling tools, apply them and support them in the field.

- Responsible for leading ACE/RACE projects as well as to provide support on ACE/RACE projects lead by other team members- NA support person for modular and solid carbide drills- Responsible for assigning and checking design work- Responsible for conducting metal cutting tests pertaining to projects I’m leading as well as for customer support projects- Creates prototype models using NX6 CAD software and also solid carbide prototypes using Numroto grinding software- Ran some FEA analysis with ANSYS Workbench software

- Became more specialized in the Holemaking side.- Responsible for all standard drill designs made in our Cleveland plant. - Won manager’s award in April 2000

- Responsible for creating accurate CAD models for Machining Centers tooling and later Holemaking products.

- Designed positioning assemblies, slides, tables, etc…- Used AutoCad versions 9 through 13- Responsible for maintaining special inventory using ASK software- Performed on site customer service when required- Assembled product on 2nd shift to help achieve on time deliveries

- Responsible for detailing sunroom layouts.- Made blue prints.- Filed drawings.
