I am the Regional Manager for all Quality Assurance Specialists and Automated Information System technicians. I am expected to be the subject matter expert in all QAS, AIS, and NDTE( (non-destructive testing and evaluation) related functions. I support the local government Logistics Management Specialist in all QAS, AIS and NDTE mission requirements and conduct research and analysis utilizing the GOCO IT and NDTE systems as required. I am the "Acting Program Manager" in the absence of the Program Manager.

I continue to monitor all aspects of the government contract to maintain all of the infantry combat equipment, soft-wall shelter and camo netting, as well as the chemical, biological, radioactive, and nuclear equipment for the United States Marine Corps. I ensure all of the equipment is handled and maintained according to the proper standards as well as making sure the customers receive the highest level of service and are treated with the respect they deserve. I am also expected to have a top level understanding of the Defense Property Accountability System and be able to troubleshoot any difficulties that arise when working with customers. I am also tasked with passing that knowledge on to the customer service representative and keeping them apprised of any changes to the system that affect their work process.

I am responsible for the continual inspection of the equipment held in various warehouses covering multiple commodities which include extreme cold weather equipment, tents & netting, protective combat equipment, and chemical, biological, and nuclear protective & detection equipment. I also monitor the Customer Service Representatives and ensure they are keeping with the correct standards when interacting with customers.

I oversee basic operations and assist the manager in ensuring the needs of our customers are not only met, but exceeded. I also monitor the sensitive and radioactive material held on site. Together with the manager we monitor the shelf life, lLOT data, and expiration dates of over 41 million dollars of CBRN equipment.

As a line cook I prepared meals both buffet and to order, ran the weekly omelet bar, and prepared food for the nightly parties as directed by my supervisor.

As Executive Sous Chef I controlled nearly all aspects of the kitchen. I helped plan both the normal menu as well as party menus. I made prep lists for all employees under me and ensured they stayed on task in a timely and safe manor.

As an Infantry Squad Leader I made leadership decisions that were truly life and death. I quickly learned the importance of teamwork and unit (team) cohesion.
