I head global communications and program marketing for an innovative biopharma development services and software provider. Oversaw transition from dependency on traditional engagement and brand-building methods to more cost-effective online techniques, most recently the company's social media strategy and implementation. Our marketing group is valued internally for playing a decisive role in growing the recognition of the company's unique offerings and thought-leadership.From our HQ office in Cambridge, MA, I lead the planning, budgeting and direct execution of initiatives that have consistently supported Cytel's year-year revenue increases from software products, consultancy and clinical support services business. More recent brand-building efforts have been instrumental in driving a greater awareness of Cytel and it's growing reputation for high-quality, innovative and trusted clinical development solutions.

Directed planning, execution and follow-up for corporate events, including periodic road shows and most notably 4,000 sq. ft. exhibits at NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) annual conference and exhibition. In addition to managing event planning and execution, I spearheaded the Key Customers partnership program to leverage the work of prestigious broadcast and major motion picture users and secure high-visibility endorsements. The program raised market awareness of the Media 100 production products and the company's overall brand perception.
