When hired in I observed and developed processes to take a flat fixed operations department to the next level, making it a solid profit center for the company retaining an above average net profitability. Manage the business operation industrial of industrial leak ceiling, providing support to refineries power plants nuclear plants, industrial facilities for steam generation and chemical process. We had mobile teams that would go out to on site locations and perform repairs preventing the businesses from having to shut down. These were live repairs and required special techniques. My branch responsibility was everything west of the Rockies all the way up to Alaska and the length of California.
