When hired in I observed and developed processes to take a flat fixed operations department to the next level, making it a solid profit center for the company retaining an above average net profitability. Even with the recall where some company’s saw a loss of up to 30% reduction in retail, my solid business plan showed significant growth during this period and was sustained going forwaI nurtured and developed the employees to reduce turnover which had been out of hand, I cut costs by being efficient and eliminating the write offs and waste. These processes afforded us with a shop efficiently rate over 135%.I was instrumental in developing a compliance structure for the employees to improve productivity and employee relations. This allowed us to achieve the President Award for the dealership which had never been accomplished the previous 22 years. This was accomplished by implementing a solid business ethnic to improve customer relations and satisfaction.Customer retention is so important thus I evaluated our cliental and put a solid customer retention system in place to retain our customers and bring new ones in. Our retention both for sold and total customers in our UIO elevated to be one of the top performers within the region. Innovative and unique marketing is one of my specialties, I have the knack to evaluate and implement new and exciting concepts that saw a return on investment of 18 -30% on most campaigns. I was instrumental in developing innovative ideas to improve the maintenance aspect of the business cutting turnaround time and generated hours per repair order. Very important to sustaining our business I improved the relations with the Factory to get the necessary support for improving the brand image.

We were a 24 hour on-call business that kept a extremely busy and on the road quite the time as it was a special type business, and there was only several vendors out there providing the service nationwide.. extremely rewarding in our ability to provide a service to prevent businesses from losing revenue. It’s also rewarding being able to take people and coach and train them to be experts in their craft providing the service.. we were very profitable and were very renowned in the area and I had a great reputation.
