I learned a great deal about managing people, how to remain calm under pressure and how to be confident in my ability to make decisions. - This role gave me significant experience in investigating workplace injuries, internal complaints, interviewing new recruits prior to employment, and speaking on behalf of the NSW Police Force at various emergency management meetings community events and in positive events such as presentations to schools and wreath laying at ANZAC ceremonies.
