My responsibilities were managing the account sales team in Southern California, which included all aspects of strategic & tactical planning, new item implementation, sku rationalization and space allocation for the major grocery channel in the Southern California market ($48M in annual sales). Created a communication conduit between headquarter sales team and DSD district managers, DSD sales managers and general sales manager which previously didn’t exist.
