Processing a weekly payroll of 22,000 timesheets for the whole of Australia and New Zealand. Used several different systems including SAP fieldglass which had 6 different reports and using Cnet for uploads. Other duties including doing credits, overpayments, adjustments, bank rejects and dealing with the recruitment consultants to sort out any issues from their candidates. It was a very fast paced environment with deadlines on reports every day and two weekly payruns on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Weekly payroll for over 70 different campuses which is over 2,000 employees using CHR21 system as well as excel. Dealing with emails and pay adjustments as well as setting up new employees on the system.

Coleambally Solar Farm, NSWDuties: Working on panel installation crew, setting up and drilling in thousands of solar farm, then moving onto the electric team helping electricians with cable tieing and overall safety.
