 Responsible for the confirmation of all trades executed for multiple funds across different strategies which include products: Futures and Options, Equities and Options, Equity Derivatives, CDS and Options, Rates and Options, MBS products (TBA and Options, Pools, CMBS, CMBX, etc), FX and Options, US Treasury Bonds, etc. Work closely with the CIO, portfolio manager and traders on all operational aspects of multiple funds and managed accounts. Interact extensively with both the trading & sales desks at all the major Investment Banks, to resolve trade and settlement related issues. Perform all daily reconciliations = trades, positions and cash. Work closely with the Fund Administrator to ensure month-end reconciliations were completed in a timely fashion. Responsible for the cash settlement resulting from the trading of OTC products, including Equity Derivatives, CDS Options, etc. Responsible for the post settlement factor and coupon adjustment process, for MBS products across multiple funds. Assist in the execution of daily Repo transactions across multiple Funds, for funding purposes. Assist in the daily cash management and margin process - generating, receiving, prioritizing, and responding to all margin calls (OTC products and Repo) for the firm daily, as well as the reporting of the cash position for multiple funds and managed accounts daily to CIO, CFO and other key figures. Collaborate with multiple Prime Brokers and FCMs (BAML, Citi, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and UBS) as well as the administrator (SS&C) to resolve issues with clearance, settlements, trade matching, and documentation. Spearheaded enhancing processes within Operations and automating where possible.

 Equities Trading Desk within a Family Office – Focus on Listed Equities & Equity Options. Execution Trader for the Desk. Routed and monitored all trades, as well as overseeing all operational aspects of trade bookings into the trade capture system (Integrata). Worked directly with the CIO and multiple portfolio managers daily on all issues surrounding trading, portfolio hedging, corporate action bookings, the Capital Markets business, etc. Interacted extensively with both the trading & sales desks at all the major Investment Banks, through daily trading and Capital Markets. Confirmed all trades executed on the trading desk with Brokers. Responsible for daily P&L and risk reporting distribution to the CIO, the investment team, as well as other key figures. Managed the Prime Broker relationship (Morgan Stanley).  Performed daily cash and position reconciliations between the Prime Broker and the internal system (Integrata). Resolved any settlement breaks at the Prime Broker. Responsible for the Margin Reporting process to the CFO. Worked with the Prime Broker to resolve any issues. Oversaw key regulatory and compliance matters in conjunction with the General Counsel. Maintained firms restricted list. Administering to all Broker relationships and related documentation which includes executing account opening forms, KYC follow-up processes and setting up FIX trading lines. Worked closely with our technology vendor (Enfusion) to implement portfolio management and risk reports within Integrata.

 Performed daily position reconciliation for multiple funds, between the internal risk system and fund administrator. Generated, received, prioritized, and responded to all Margin calls (OTC products), for the firm daily. Developed a process to review all Margin requirements for the firm. Assisted in the trade entry into Eze Castle OMS and confirmation of all trades executed by the firm which include products: Futures, FX and Options, Equities and Options, European Government Bonds, CDS, and Rates products. Responsible for the cash settlement of all OTC products, including FX and Options, CDS, IRS, etc. Worked with multiple Prime Brokers (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse) as well as the administrator (Citco), to resolve issues with settlements, trade matching and documentation.

 Responsible for all operational aspects of trade bookings into the internal trade capture system, for multiple funds across different strategies which included products: Futures, CDS, Corporate Bonds, US Treasuries, FX, MBS (TBA and Options, Pools, CMBS, etc) and Rates. Responsible for the confirmation of all trades executed by the firm. Worked closely with multiple portfolio managers and traders on all operational aspects for multiple funds. Collaborated with the administrator, multiple Prime Brokers and counterparties to ensure the settlement of all trades, wires, etc.  Generated, received, prioritized, and responded to all Margin calls (OTC products and Repo), for the firm daily.  Coordinated between fund administrator, counterparties and internal portfolio managers to ensure accurate margining across products. Reconciled security positions & cash between multiple Prime Brokers (JP Morgan & Credit Suisse), Administrator (SS&C), and Internal Systems. Key figure in the implementation of an Order Management System into the framework of the firm.

 Managed the MBS P&I process, across all Barclays counterparties. Integrated more technology into the processes with the use of Excel Spreadsheets for daily use, as well as research purposes. Managed the TBA Pair-Off process as well as the post settlement factor and coupon adjustment process, across all Barclays counterparties.

 Managed a team of six fixed income trade support associates. Ensured the validity of multiple reports distributed daily – Reconciliations, Pending Trades, Fails, etc. Worked with multiple Trading Desks, Operations departments and the IT areas of the Front & Back Offices to resolve issues between systems. Led the testing of multiple projects within the Trade Support area.

 Provided Middle-Office support to various Front Office trading desks, centered around Fixed Income trading. Performed daily position reconciliations. Ensured correct trade flow from the Front to the Back-Office systems on the REPO desk. Worked with Trader & Sales Assistants as well as Government Settlement groups to resolve issues with trade bookings, amendments, etc.

 Performed Back Office Cash Reconciliation of the main Barclays Capital Bank Account – reconciled trades, movements, etc. done in the internal Settlement system to external bank settlement (BONY). Worked with the Government Settlements group, as well as other groups throughout Barclays to resolve trade breaks.
