The number one responsibility is taking care of the customer. Under that umbrella, I completed returns, repaired gear or set up repair service through the manufacturer or third party, resolved online order issues, sales, and provided necessary customer satisfaction. Another responsibility was to take calls for prepaid holds, contact manufacturers for product repair equipment, and place special orders. Lastly, I served as an adviser to the frontline team at the registers with any non-standard situations.

As a hosted talent, I chose a product that had been preselected by the marketing team then learned as much as I could about the product by asking users and sales associates in the associated department. I then wrote a script as if I were talking face to face with a customer describing what it is intended for and who it best suits as well as any significant features not already described in the product information on www.rei.com. Once the script was prepared, I went in front of the camera and recorded my display.
