As one of the pioneers of the structured settlement industry, I have spent my career aiding my clients in finding viable solutions to resolve difficult claims. In recent years, beginning in 1995, I have concentrated on understanding the Medicare Set- Aside issues. In that pursuit I served seven(7) years as President of the National Alliance of Medicare Set Aside Professionals (NAMSAP). Combined with my experience with all lines claims resolution, this provides me with a full array of skills to better serve my clients.
