Providing Business Analysis, Learning Design and Project Management services to a variety of clients, focusing on various types of projects, including upskilling and cross-training programs, asynchronous and in-person training course development and redesign. Examples include:• Developed onboarding program for new sales representatives, incorporating product knowledge, Salesforce training, and the sales cycle. Worked with SMEs and other designers to develop sales cycle training development program, my modules focused specifically on forecasting and funnel management in Salesforce and creating scenario-based training for overcoming objections. Work product included creating Articulate Rise courses, Vyond videos and creating scenario-based lessons in Storyline. Learning content presented via Cornerstone LMS.• Analyzed existing Solutions Architect certification courses and certification exam to identify whether the certification exam fully maps to the content delivered in the courses, and vice versa. Data is being used to identify and quantify gaps and improve KPIs for the certification program. Developed an introductory course that Educators can utilize in their MBA courses to introduce the basic concepts of cloud computing to non-technical audiences.• Completely redesigned a CSR onboarding course to include adding measurable learning outcomes, a summative assessment, updating the slide deck, participant workbook and revising the in-person component of the course. I developed a companion Articulate Rise course to add the flexibility of both a self-paced or hybrid delivery modality in addition to the ILT component.

Originally hired on a 6-month contract, extended 3 months. Collaborated with SMEs and Training and Development colleagues in the Global Security organization to develop original content for onboarding, training materials, e-learning courses, and videos across a 500+ employee division. Facilitated relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure that training materials were accurate, effective and updated based on changing needs and timelines. • Designed and developed new learning experiences, managing challenging timeframes and shifting criteria to always deliver projects on-time.• Improved onboarding and other training for new employees to reduce attrition and shorten trainee time-to-productivity.• Revised existing training materials for clarity, brevity, consistency, and accuracy to ensure optimum knowledge transfer and improve employee learning experiences.• Wrote and edited new instructional content to be concise, engaging, pedagogically sound and properly targeted to learners.• Conducted needs analyses to identify performance-based training opportunities, resulting in four new Masterclasses being developed.

My project was focused on building 1000+ courses in Canvas for the College of Engineering, requiring a deep understanding of how courses translate from Blackboard to Canvas. • Project required close attention to the course structure, chunking and flow of content, placement of assets such as video, images, and assessments. • Additionally, supported faculty’s own migration work by providing advice based on evidence-based best practices, pedagogical effectiveness and technological considerations. • Conducted individual consultations and made recommendations about which courses would most benefit from migration, providing additional support. • Interact with faculty via remote workshops, via phone, and via Service Now ticketing system. • Create online and paper documentation and training materials to support migration and course development in Canvas • Perform QA duties to ensure that migrated courses meet provided quality guidelines

• Lead Instructional Designer working in the design and development of training programs to enhance and innovate in the delivery of online, blended and traditional courses across the University. • Project Lead for the design and development of the Business School's Onboarding and Faculty development program in Blended Instruction (FlexMBA). • Provided Instructor-led training (ILT) in best practices for the delivery of blended courses in the MBA program. Participants included both full-time and adjunct instructors, with varying backgrounds and levels of teaching experience, including new Instructors who need on-boarding. • Project deliverables included in-person workshops and outcomes-based self-paced Canvas courses that model best practices for adult learning and ensure that participants demonstrate the required skills for certification.• Led project involved in the development of programming that targeted intermediate and advanced Canvas users, focusing on student engagement and blended learning.
