I will be responsible for operating 45 locations in North and South Carolina.

This was a package of 23 restaurants that NRD Holdings purchased as a turn around. I was brought in 8 months after the purchase to help jump start things. I recruited and developed 22 managers and 3 supervisors in 8 months to start the turn around. Operational measures and sales were both drastically improved. I joined NRD to become an operating partner or owner of several locations. The stores were liquidated a year later as a 23 store package as NRD exited the pizza delivery business.

Was responsible for the operations of 50 Subway locations in the Orlando area. Joined the Dipasqua group when they were a 72 store franchisee and when I left they were celebrating the opening of their 100th store. I recruited and developed outside talent to help with the growth the company was experiencing. During my tenure the company had positive sales every year of 5% minimum and record profits.

Was responsible for anywhere between 50 to 70 restaurants in the Northern Virginia area and Orlando. In Orlando was responsible for some of the highest volume restaurants in the country. Opened 15 new restaurants during my tenure as a Region Manager. Was responsible for as many as 10 Area Supervisors, HR, Marketing, Training and facilities. Consistently met sales and profit objectives during my tenure.
