Support - All Color Painter Legacy: CP-64s, H2-series, V-64s, W-64s, M-64s, all Engineer printers (LP 1010, 1020, 1030 and 2050) and Jetrix KX3 and KX5. Field Support and Technical Trainer, liaison between manufacturing Engineers and Technical Support. Create and accomplish technical training agenda for all Seiko Printers. Support sales as well as participate in all Seiko USA and Seiko Distributors’ Trade Shows. Assist with identification and purchase of spare parts and scheduling. Writing standard operating procedures for preventative maintenance. Support all SIU Distributors’ Technicians with all technical issues. Send/receive information from the R&D to implement the documents for trouble-shooting. Work directly with the Rip software’s (SAI, Wasatch, Onyx and Caldera) technicians and commercial department to achieve the best work flow/production with Seiko Printers.
