Michael was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005 after receiving his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor and his Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University. Prior to that, he majored in Political Studies and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University in 1997. Michael is a former long standing Director and Past President of the Toronto Lawyers Association.His practice focuses on defending product liability claims on behalf of manufacturers of consumer products, providing coverage opinions and acting on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds.Michael acts as lead counsel on jury and judge alone trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and he has appeared in the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal on behalf of his clients.Specialities: Civil Litigation (Defence)
