- In reporting to the Head of Securitisation, I was responsible for supporting the project to undertake Homeside Lending's 1st ever Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) transaction in January 2001.- Project led NAB’s 2nd Global RMBS trade (SEC registered) for A$2.5bn in 2004. This RMBS transaction was voted Insto’s 2004 RMBS deal of the year (NRMBS 2004-1) and saw record new pricing for the time.
