The role of Manager – Food and Beverage is responsible for the management of four food and beverage contractors at the Arts Centre. The F&B operations consist of 3 restaurants, 1 destination bar, 2 cafés, 11 foyer bars, 2 retail outlets and extensive functions facilities. It drives in excess of $15 million annually

Oversaw key hotel operations reporting to the General Manager with a key focus on the food and beverage operations. The F&B department consists of 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 café and extensive conferencing areas. An annual turnover in excess of $9 million dollars with 7 direct reports and 120 indirect reports.

The Corporate Catering department is responsible for all corporate catering within the precinct with an annual turnover in excess of $20 million dollars. This includes all corporate catering for the Australian Open, all function and backstage catering and one restaurant operation.
