I am a goal-oriented Operations Manager, having a demonstrated ability to deliver on productivity goals and increase efficiencies while managing the increase in workloads.In my current role at CML I manage over 150 staff, overseeing the planning for the business throughout a 24/7 operation liaising with other managers to ensure all customer expectations are met. I feel that during my 13 years with CML I have learnt a great deal about how the company operates, I enjoy doing what I can to improve on this. I am a good man manager and like to manage my team effectively and allow them to progress as far as they can within the company, this not only helps the team morale but the company as a whole.I am a dedicated, self-motivated individual who thrives on improving and understanding every aspect of the business.
