I'm happy to announce that after 2 months supporting EDL with the start up and commissioning of the newly constructed Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, that I have accepted the position as RNG Planning and Production Manager. My focus is on the reliable production of renewable natural gas from the Indy High BTU facility and EDL's expanding portfolio of RNG production facilities in 2021/2022.

In this role, I established a geographically distributed team of professionals for the implementation of environmental/construction based solutions in compliance with client standards and processes across a global portfolio of projects. Responsible for all aspects of program delivery and performance at each location. Services include; facility permitting, acquisition due diligence, site decontamination and demolition, capital improvement projects, and site remediation at locations including; South America, Australia, Europe and the United States. I was responsible to implement utilizing a broad team of professionals including; HSE, environmental, legal, procurement, manufacturing facilities, outside legal counsel and consultants, to ensure that all projects were in compliance, financially forecasted properly and performed to meet the clients high expectations. I also developed, negotiated and implemented regulatory strategies which were technically and financially implementable as a means of addressing environmental liabilities globally. I was also responsible for placement and management of several secondment employees which were located as HSE Managers within manufacturing facilities to establish systems, track compliance, audit, report and maintain facility permits.

Upon award of the Joint Based Elmendorf Richardson (JBER) PBR Contract, I transferred to the Federal Sector to manage the start-up and program for the 30M JBER PBR Contract. Responsible for all aspects of JBER Program development, client communications and staff management in Anchorage, Alaska including; establishment of the program team, business planning for the 8 year period of performance, financial management and reporting for the 30M contract, AFCEC and Base communications, quality control, staff management, and project delivery.Key AccomplishmentsOn March 1, 2013, I received the following comment from the COR upon her return from San Antonio following review of all AFCEC PBCs with the CO, “JBER is setting the bar for all PBCs within the AFCEC portfolio. It is currently the contract by which all other AFCEC PBCs are being measured against.”

Maintained utilization rates over 95% and supported BD efforts focused on expansion of scopes of work for our current client list.

Responsible for successful financial delivery of project management activities for all assigned projects in a safe and effective manner.Key Accomplishments:Led two significant demolition projects under the state funded program with project sites in Albion, Michigan returning previously abandoned properties to the local community.Supported the development of the commercial construction group under development at that time, however this group did not come up to full capacity within the business during my stay with HLA as I left to join Earth Tech.

Development of corporation by-laws, obtaining and maintenance of business licenses, financial plan development/fiscal management, obtain operating loans and financial backing; insurance; financial projections; corporate and tax filings; collections; partner and vender contract negotiations. Key Accomplishments:Started business from the ground up and built the business to a 7M annual sales with staff and subcontracting arrangements allowing for multiple work forces and mobilization to 15 states providing remedial construction services.Successfully built client list of major engineering consultants and won work for major industrial manufacturing opportunities.

Lead client contact, project procurement, and scope, schedule, budget management. Experience in RCRA, CERCLA, LUST, Brownfield Redevelopment, and solid and hazardous waste projects for private, industrial, federal, state, and municipal clients. Worked with petroleum industry, chemical manufacturing, automotive, public municipalities and State of Michigan contracts. Vast array of terms and conditions: T&M, lump sum, fixed fee, and GFP. Implementation of data collection and field sampling efforts related to source area investigation, remedial investigation, feasibility studies, and property transfers. Key Accomplishments:Constructed over 100 remedial systems during my employment with MWR.Positions ranged from self performance construction, through management of GCs, through remedial equipment operations and optimization and site closure.
