Rng Production And Planning Manager
I'm happy to announce that after 2 months supporting EDL with the start up and commissioning of the newly constructed Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, that I have accepted the position as RNG Planning and Production Manager. My focus is on the reliable production of renewable natural gas from the Indy High BTU facility and EDL's expanding portfolio of RNG production facilities in 2021/2022.

I was responsible to implement utilizing a broad team of professionals including; HSE, environmental, legal, procurement, manufacturing facilities, outside legal counsel and consultants, to ensure that all projects were in compliance, financially forecasted properly and performed to meet the clients high expectations. I also developed, negotiated and implemented regulatory strategies which were technically and financially implementable as a means of addressing environmental liabilities globally. I was also responsible for placement and management of several secondment employees which were located as HSE Managers within manufacturing facilities to establish systems, track compliance, audit, report and maintain facility permits.

Responsible for all aspects of JBER Program development, client communications and staff management in Anchorage, Alaska including; establishment of the program team, business planning for the 8 year period of performance, financial management and reporting for the 30M contract, AFCEC and Base communications, quality control, staff management, and project delivery.Key AccomplishmentsOn March 1, 2013, I received the following comment from the COR upon her return from San Antonio following review of all AFCEC PBCs with the CO, “JBER is setting the bar for all PBCs within the AFCEC portfolio. It is currently the contract by which all other AFCEC PBCs are being measured against.”
