Security ClearanceTS/SCI/CI PolyResponsible for the development and testing of a software application that is widely used for the collection, visualization, and exploitation of data emitted from low and medium-powered wireless communication devices and networks. Participated in all phases of the iterative development process, ensuring that any enhancements made to the software were tailored for maximum usability in any environment the end-user may be forced to operate. Developed and exercised acceptance test plans with the customer ensuring successful software delivery. Responsible for the integration and operational testing of more than 30 signals collection systems. Provided classroom and field instruction to members of various agencies on the software operation, as well as principles of collection and exploitation of signals in a tactical environment. Instructed clients on analysis techniques of collected SIGINT data utilizing various tools and processes. Created, maintained and updated a 900 page operations manual containing detailed instructions and graphics describing the use of the software, as well as the operation of all connected platforms. Provided critical, real-time problem solving support to deployed users assuring mission success. Drafted proposals to various potential customers and successfully captured new business.

Member of a team responsible for the safe airlift of the President, Vice President, senior cabinet members, and foreign heads of state. Responsible for instructing other flight engineers in all aspects of the C-20B, C-20C and C-37A aircraft.

Directed, managed and administered aircraft ground and flight evaluations for 57 unit personnel.Maintained and edited a library of aircraft operating, technical and instructional manuals, as well as operating instructions governing the management of personnel.

Appointed by Air Force senior leadership to oversee the 2000 Presidential Election Stage for all visible movement of over $1billion of Air Force aircraft and Presidential assets. Coordinated with the White House Communications Agency, White House Military Office and the Tanker Airlift Control Center and directed the accurate and on-time placement of aircraft and crews at locations around the world with 100% success.

Managed 240 aircrew personnel including pilots, navigators, flight engineers and loadmasters in the execution of the National Command Authority’s global tasking for combat, humanitarian and Presidential airlift. Technical responsibilities included analysis of aircrew qualifications, airfield and mission hazards, human factors, and intelligence data while utilizing Operational Risk Management to determine the safety and viability of each mission. Gathered operations data, prepared daily reports, and delivered briefings for the Unit Commander.
