I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with a wealth of counselling experience working with a highly diverse client base.Throughout my career, I have been able to effectively assess client needs, define objectives, and develop a tailored, long-term treatment plan to promote mental wellness. I emphasize a tailored approach to counselling by using techniques outlined in Cognitive BEhavioral Therapy (CBT) and Adlerian theory, applying those techniques based on the individual needs of of the client and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary care team and my supervisor to resolve more complex cases.By building trusted relationships with clients and maintaining open lines of communication, I am able to empower and motivate them to drive long-term recovery.
