Work closely with Business to assist in providing IT solution related to Production, Logistics, Upstream, Supply chain, Procurement, Shipping Business Line

- Oversee Overall Project (ERP & N-ERP)- Provide Reporting Template & Methodology- Reviewing Bi-Weekly Project Report- Prepare & present Monthly Operations Report to CIO- Prepare & present Quarterly Operations Updates to BOD

- Lead Section of System, End User Computing (EUC) & Administration Team- Manage & Ensure all system/server running smoothly - Email Server & System - Messenger Server & System - Virtual Server (Running under Hyper-v & VMWare) - Homedisk Server - Active Directory Server- Ensure that all system/server backup is running- Monitoring the resource usage of each server- Continuous improvement on the current on going system- Provisioning & setup a new server- Ensure the EUC Team provide a better support to Wilmar End User- Ensure that all Computer & Notebook are installed with Wilmar Standard Software and in line with IT Policy- Provide a standardization of IT Equipment- Control the new IT devices request include IT Device Service/Repair- Software Asset ManagementKey Achievement:- Rolling out Active Directory to all Wilmar Indonesia Sites

As a Reporting & Analysis Lead:- Lead Section of IT Reporting & Analysis- Assessing issue/problem related to IT on Wilmar Indonesia sites- Planning visit schedule to Wilmar Indonesia sites- Preparing assessment report and update to IT Division Head & Local Management- Following up the issue/problem assessed with the relevant teamAs a System Analyst & Developer:- Discuss with End User on the needs- Prepare the Blueprint of the system- Developing system- Update & Maintain the system- Continuously evaluate the system for improvement- Ensure the Database backup successfully runKey System Developed:- Trading (Sales & Purchase) Master Transaction- Help Desk Ticketing System for Internal IT Support- Internet Authentication Portal
