As a translator of corporate vision, I have built a career working across diverse sectors, linking programs to profit, positioning compliance as a strategic value-add and focusing business activities around change initiatives. Such has been the case working at Vocus, where I established best practice ISO processes revising the security strategy with the CISO, uplifting security controls and embedding security as a culture. Earlier at Fuji Xerox Australia (Fujifilm), I enabled 3-fold bottom line growth, improving carbon emissions reporting through a collaborative effort with key stakeholders. Influencing across all business functions, I have been able to fundamentally change the way a business operates and thinks. Being highly attuned to people, I also use this skill to tap into the human capital of an organisation, not only driving engagement in my own direct reports but by launching wide-spread training initiatives and manage programs that uplift capability for the long term.
