CurrentAssists the Naval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) / Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) Assistant Program Manager – Engineering (APM-E) in the development and enforcement of compliance of Configuration Management (CM) processes, procedures and activities for 10 software and 7 hardware baselines in service on over 600 afloat and ashore units for both the Navy and Marine Corps.Establishes and facilitates the NTCSS and MFOM Technical Review Boards (TRB) – the primary Program Office entry point for staffing changes to existing baselines, and establishment of new baselines. Prepares agenda and minutes, assists the APMs in tracking major action items, and works with Echelon III (SPAWAR Systems Center) personnel to formally document each change at the Enterprise level. Tracked over 200 changes in the past 4 years, with 25 changes actively in-process at any given time, via the preferred Product Lifecycle Management tool CMPro.Prepares changes approved by the TRB for presentation to the Divisional and Program Office level Configuration Control Board (CCB). Assists APMs in tracking activities for the eventual implementation of changes approved by the CCB. Further prepared certain changes for presentation to the SPAWAR/PEO Platform Technical Review Board.Developed and maintains the technical baseline (Functional, Allocated, Product) for all Legacy NTCSS hardware and software baselines, and the initial Functional and Allocated Baseline for the Naval Operational Baseline Logistics Enterprise – a new start and follow-on acquisition effort to replace legacy NTCSS• Provides oversight and direction for the development, approval and execution of installation vehicles, and System and Platform level System Operational Verification Tests (SOVT), enabling over 2000 NTCSS afloat and ashore installations worldwide over the past six years. Active participant in an Enterprise Level Lean-Six Continuous Process Improvement initiative for SOVT development and execution.
