Raised in Southern California, I have a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, working at some of the world's most prestigious resorts. My passion for the industry began early, leading me to transform Bacara Resort and Spa into the Ritz-Carlton, Bacara Santa Barbara. I then returned to my roots at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, where I had the privilege of learning from exceptional leaders, many of whom are featured in “The Gold Standard.”Driven by a curiosity for economics, I am currently in my final year at Harvard, where I am eager to pivot into private equity. With a strong finance background and the ability to create financial models, I aim to leverage my hospitality expertise and analytical skills to create value in new ventures.I take pride in fostering a culture of excellence, efficiently building systems, and practicing servant leadership, all while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering outstanding results.
