I am a highly motivated and strategic leader responsible for promoting and enabling effective organizational change management and collaboration across all teams with which I work. I have held various positions across different companies during my career and each experience has left me with a better understanding of business operations and the nature of human interaction.To me, the single most important component of any project or initiative is the people that are involved. By defining the people impact early on and carefully cultivating stakeholder relationships (as well as identifying their unique needs/wants) in any situation, you will ultimately be able to drive more consistent and effective collaboration. The biggest successes I have seen are a result of strong leadership alignment and timely/targeted communications (with appropriate feedback and support loops). The ability to be honest and transparent is a critical success factor I have learned to embrace, and it has allowed me to excel in large team settings.Outside of work, I enjoy remaining up to date on current events and the stock market. I also enjoy sports of all kinds, and would like to think that I am still mildly athletically inclined. If you could make it through 18 holes with me on the golf course, though, you may very well question whether I am actually committed to ever trying to break par.
