    Monitoring, Management and Maintenance of Bank of America Integrated Network - Enterprise Routed/Switched network from OC192 core to 56k remote sites utilizing standard Cisco troubleshooting methods to replace defective hardware, isolate configuration/IOS issues and initiate appropriate repairs. We used Cisco Internet working Console to monitor the network.Included in this job was the migration of MBNA Credit Card network and Fleet Bank network into the Bank of America network. Being a night shift team lead I worked with limited supervision to monitor national and international networks of more than 30,000 Cisco network devices (Core/Distribution and Access) and 100K circuits for the Bank of America. I was responsible to troubleshoot, order and direct repairs, working with peer departments, vendors and business associates to optimize operations on that network. Our primary work is on 6500 and 3500 Catalyst switches and 7200/3700/1800/1700 routers for voice and data. This involved documentation of all work done. In 2004 we integrated wireless access points into the call centers and major data and customer support centers and started the integration of VOIP telephony to all of the Banking Centers. We started with Cisco Call Manager 3.3 and in 2005 integrated Unity with router mounted CUE voice messaging on Standard T1s and PRI ISDN circuits with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Express. Our operation in Plano has been primarily to identify problems and initiate customer support and troubleshoot routers, switches, and layer 2/3 connectivity issues
