Main Duties;- Develop, implement, embed and maintain a robust and effective safeguarding process- Recruit, manage and supervise full time staff in align with the organisations vision, mission & Values- Oversee the management of funded programmes including the Culture of health programme and the Employability programme- Lead on actioning on all safeguarding matters for young people aged 12-25- Host regular safeguarding case review meetings with other internal safeguarding officers- Report to leading professionals on safeguarding cases of all levels & maintain positive and effective working relationship- Oversee the development and management of the sport sector including the gym, sports hall and climbing wall- Budget management for all managed areas & programmes- To design, implement and review the delivery structure to align with the youth work excellence framework

Main Duties;- Manage all targeted programmes- Develop and maintain a thriving and fully staffed senior club offer- Develop, implement and embed a robust safeguarding process- Lead on actioning on all safeguarding matters for young people aged 12-25- Report to leading professionals on safeguarding cases of all levels- Strategically manage the recruitment, planning, staffing and delivery of the senior programme- Manage full & part time members of staff through performance supervisions

- Meet and over deliver on contracted targets in order to develop programme- Ensure a good quality programme is provided and regularly assessed- Report to the director of the community trust and other major stakeholders- Ensure all programmes are delivered within the health and safety regulations- Recruit, train and manage full time and seasonal staff up to a team of 15 seasonal staff- Budget management regarding funding provided and all programme costs- To build and maintain relationships with local community centres/organisations
