Sydney CBD Deutsche Bank Place 126 Phillip Street And Westpac 60 Martin Place

• Responsible for the day to day operations of 42,313m2 NLA 126 Phillip Street a Premium A-Grade building with mixed retail, child care centre and outdoor areas. 60 Martin Place 27,855m2 NLA office tower with mixed.
• Write risk and operational assessments for management pre and post for the departure of a full building tenant Westpac Bank
• Decommissioning and deregistration with appropriate authorities of all plant and equipment
• Liaison between Investa and developer during initial handover
• Liaison with full building tenant to plan gradual departures of staff and clearing office equipment furniture to all levels ensuring all WHS concerns are followed and a smooth exit
• Budgeting and installation of over 4000 LED lighting upgrades including chameleon type upgrade to fire stairs matrix’s and car parks

126 Phillip Street Deutsche Bank Place

• Responsible for the day to day operations of 42,313m2 NLA 126 Phillip Street a Premium A-Grade building with mixed retail, child care centre and outdoor areas. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing all.
• Achieving an addition half star taking 5 Star NABERS Energy rating for 126 Phillip Street
• Budgeting and installation of over 4000 LED lighting upgrades including chameleon type upgrade to fire stairs matrix’s and car parks
• Working on the initial design and final end to end install of 10 entire occupied floors converting troffers to LED lights
• Incorporate multiple new initiatives and intelligence to controls systems to enhance efficiencies. Plan for actions to reduce usage on peak demand days.
• Overseeing multiple tenant fitout's, make goods and spec fitout's

Centennial Towers

• Responsible for the day to day operations of three commercial office towers 260-280-300 Elizabeth Street with mixed retail and large footprint of open spaces including multiply Government agencies. and departments..
• By changing controls strategy, utilising metering monitoring systems and incorporating the various controls and mechanical contractors I was able to significantly raise the NABERS rating to all three towers.
• When Centennial Towers sold we had achieved 260 Elizabeth St 6 Star 280 Elizabeth St 5.5 Star and 300 Elizabeth St 5.5 Star
• City of Sydney Lord Mayor, Clover Moore recognised 260 Elizabeth Street as a stand-out performer in the Sydney CBD Better Buildings Partnership (BBP)
• 260 Elizabeth had a manger building upgrade and achieved 5.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating, 71% reduction in emissions and 72% reduction in electricity use at the building since 2005.
