Bringing 20 years’ experience in the construction industry working in commercial, industrial, retail, residential and government projects on multiple CBD and suburban buildings. This experience is one of my greatest assets, an ability to think broadly to enable me to consult well with all trades and understand projects from all angles. It also means I am flexible in my thinking and can take advantage of any challenges and opportunities that present themselves. I bring disciplined Opex budgeting and forecasting, with tight fiscal control on all projects and day-to-day running of my areas. CAPEX projects are thoughtfully planned and executed. I strive to build up good relationships with contractors, suppliers and trades but am not afraid to have the ‘hard discussions’ when required.I am excited to bring reductions in environmental footprint into the facilities field as a key driver.People management I am equable a strong believer in diversity, personal and professional growth I work equally well in teams or autonomously.I thrive on personal challenges, out-of-the-box thinking I can be relied on when the going gets tough, tight deadlines and in tough situations.My objectives are to lead change, performance and ethical management.   • 260 Elizabeth had a manger building upgrade and achieved 5.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating, 71% reduction in emissions and 72% reduction in electricity use at the building since 2005.
