This includes establishment of KPI’s, historical and current performance, estimating, forecasting & simulation, planning and execution and tracking of project scope, cost and schedule for all programs.This also includes the operation and development of the Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), maintenance of program/project baselines, generation of project and program metrics, standardized reporting, strategic guidance, managing change and risk, issue, and opportunity analysis.
