While interning at the Bureau of Identification i worked alongside Detectives and Forensic specialists to take care in preserving and maintaining crime scenes. I assisted with photography of evidence and maintenance of chain of custody. Also, I helped with the collection, transportation, documentation, and cataloguing of evidence. During down time I also worked on analyzing old fingerprint cards to work towards understanding differences between patterns and fingerprint types while also recategorizing the cards into different organizational patterns.

My responsibilities included working alongside students and other faculty members to foster a learning environment for high school students to learn and develop scientific skills needed for their high school and college careers. To help students understand Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (S.T.E.M.). To help guide and prepare students for more advanced scientific learning.
