I am an instructor in Radar and Standardize field sobriety test. I have been through a 120-hour Criminal Investigation Academy, a 40-hour bloodstain pattern analysis course and have over 249- hours of other criminal investigation courses. I have tough criminal investigation in numerous reserve academies and have coordinated several reserve academies. July 17, 2015 certified as NRA firearms instructor. February 29, 2016 promoted to Chief of Police.

I assist in the planning, organizing, assigning and evaluating the activities of the police department; I also assist in the supervision of patrol officers. I conduct internal affairs investigations for the tribe and recommend action to be taken. I serve as the liaison to the District Attorneys in Pottawatomie, Lincoln and Payne Counties. I patrol trust lands, enforcing state, tribal and federal laws. As well as taking reports, investigate crimes, write citations, make arrests, and process crime scenes. On major crimes assist the Federal Bureau of Investigations. I generate forms and maintain files on ongoing investigations. I also serve as the Adult and Juvenile probation officer, I have also been train to collect hair and urine for drug and alcohol analysis.
