The duties within said organization were to model interfaces for services through the reuse of available design patterns or the creation of new ones. As well as performing governance and due diligence duties to ensure the information model conformed to bank standards, and to ensure that new strategic models would be ready for changing trends in the industry.

Gathered requirements and created design documents for departmental reports within the credit union. Requirements documentation was then added to a help desk system for tracking purposes, and the code written for the report was then deployed in a timely manner after peer review. Worked closely with the Lead Programmer on any strategic developments that required software-driven solutions. This included a variety of tasks, including creating new reporting systems, updating the intranet, creating new online banking solutions (web or mobile), content management systems, and the creation and use of software lifecycle tracking software.
