Hazelwood Power Station, Victoria

• Oversee the estimating and scheduling of the Power Station maintenance outage.
• Coordinate and work with the supervising activities on the Generator, Boiler and Turbines ensuring schedules are being met.
• Coordinate the interface between operations, engineering, subcontractors and work fronts to ensure smooth work flows.
• Managing the agreed targets for every subcontractor that works for UGL and the costing for planned outages.
• Management of subcontractors and projects by implementation of tools and framework too effectively to meet project time frames.
