His next move would occur in 2019 when he was promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst. In that role, Michael performed accurate software product and system testing, worked with and communicated to other departments to ensure the effectiveness and quality of product, and documented testing procedures and issues. Michael made his transition to the Product Management team in 2022 as an Associate Product Manager, responsible for bringing new capabilities to the market, while analyzing customer behavior and industry trends, evaluating and actioning customer feedback on products, and delivering product value with Agile Scrum teams.Before coming to Softwriters, Michael worked as a Technical Support Specialist at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where he primarily assisted patients with troubleshooting their medical equipment. Michael also spent time as an Online Customer Service Team Leader at Education Management Corporation, where he assisted many current and prospective higher education students while also leading the department's mentor program. Graduating from Waynesburg University in 2011 with a B.A. in Communication, he continued his education and received his M.S. in Management through Argosy University in 2015. Michael thoroughly enjoys working in challenging, rewarding environments where he is able to make a difference in the lives of those he's serving while demonstrating leadership skills in a team setting.
