Managed the information technology and production support teams as well as providing day-to-day support to the corporation at large while maintaining customer solutions in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

As the CIO at Shore Mortgage, I worked directly with the other C-level executives in technology planning and daily operations management. Under my guidance, the information technology team and developers reduced capital expenditures, and updated and improved technology infrastructure and corporate communications.

In the four years I acted as the I.T. Director at Franklin Financial Group I facilitated ten corporate expansions. With the expansions, and with the support of a dedicated but small team of technology professionals, we expanded company infrastructure, improved physical and digital security. Those improvements in turn supported the substantial increase in personnel, infrastructure, and sales, that occurred.
