I am currently a Systems Engineer with M.C. Dean supporting multiple customers providing the best solutions in Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems (WIDS). I have supported these types systems to include survey’s, quotes, designs, purchasing, and management. • Review and update ACS/IDS/CCTV design packages with engineers to support new building installation, and standardize installation of devices and door hardware configuration for O&M. Team supports installation of thousands of readers, thousands of peripheral devices, and hundreds of cameras.• Designed and managed a team to install and support a wireless intrusion detection system in multiple customers facilities. This included full design packages in AutoCad for the implementation of the system, managing project schedules and team members, purchasing of equipment, and configuring the headend. • Provide Tier III support for the installation of these systems, configuration/programming of the new devices, and troubleshooting. Providing additional support in active directory, WSUS, and vulnerability/compliance patching for a virtual enterprise consisting of hundreds of servers and workstations. • Manage and maintain multiple lab environments for ES&T and equipment testing prior to field installation. These labs help support new product development and vendor coordination with troubleshooting. • Utilize a standardized pricing and schedule tracker for all projects to ensure accurate pricing and job status is updated. • Conducted rigorous testing on devices to ensure they meet customer requirements and vendor specifications. • Reviewed and responded to RFP’s remaining in compliance with customer’s SOW.

As project manager I Was in charge of a team of 2-3 people. We would mow, weed, and trim residential and commercial lots. We were also in charge of cleaning up houses, and making sure that they were able to be presented on the market to be sold again. The tasks done in the houses were painting, fixing drywall, replacing appliances, and cleaning. At the end of every day I was responsible to report back to my boss, and telling him what was accomplished that day.

Acted as a team player to provide the most efficient service to customers. I would help out the servers by bringing bread and water to the tables of the customers before the server got their table. I would also then clean the table for the next customer to come. If the servers were busy I would help get their dishes ready and bring them to the customer when needed.

I was in charge of making sure that everyone had the correct ski pass in order to go on the hill. Also, to ensure that the lines were moving fast and efficiently to get as many people on the lift as possible.
