Our marketing over the past couple years has changed drastically with the influx of social networking and the internet. Our new marketing campaign consists of the Multiple Listing Service in conjunction with IDX- Internet Data Exchange. This allows our listings to be available & viewable on all the other broker websites (C21.com, Remax.com, Coldwellhomes.com, etc.) including our own (www.FocusRealtyGroup.com), which is updated daily. In connection with our current website, Facebook, Postlets, Twitter, LinkedIn, Trulia, Gohoming, Relator.com, Zillow and other social plugins allow Graph API and Social Channels an Open Graph Protocol to help find all our property information. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is becoming more and more prevalent in our current web presence and we have a full time team facilitating and optimizing our website monthly. Our website outsourcer ensures that our website is not full of "fluff", is easy for visitors to navigate through and is constantly linking with the local MLS in order to maintain up to date real time information. Of course we still utilize the more traditional areas of marketing such as 4 color informational data sheets at every property and every month we share our property information with the local Real Estate Investment Groups in the Fox Cities and Green Bay areas. In addition to this already powerful marketing strategy, we display a very unique, highly visible and decorative yard sign, install a universal lockbox on the door allowing easy access to all vendors , agents and their prospective buyers/investors. In addition we are currently testing an online bidding website to offer to our clients in the near future.
