Hey, I'm Michael. I am a passionate consultant for all things considered IT. I'm currently specialised in basically all atlassian tools, but I know a few things about infrastructure too. Be it on premise on a bare metal machine, in a kubernetes cluster on AWS or for "pure" SaaS solutions (if you'd like to call that infrastructure). One might say that I have proven the atlassian part of my skillset by earning the "Atlassian Certified Expert" standing through quite a few certifications, but I would argue that these are only cherries on top of the cake baked from actual experience with productive, staging and test systems on premise and in the cloud. Experience that includes the UI administration part in all these tools as well as the system side, taking care of upgrades, security patches and all these fun things.I used to lead a team of DevOps specialists, and for reasons only they know, they liked to work with me. I had responsibility for a large customer when I used to be a technical account manager, and I did improve processes, budget amounting to more than I will make in my life (probably) and wellbeing for my team in this situation. However, I didn't like having that position because I felt it led me away from what I love. IT. Automations. Technical improvements. If you need someone who pretends to like excel, I'm not your man. In fact, I'm a quite honest person and I despise unfairness, so there are a load of scenarios where I am not your man. Now, this may all sound a bit much, and it is. I will not sit here and tell you that I'm a specialist in all these things. I am not. I am just interested in too many things to focus too deeply on any. If that's not the person you're looking for, I'm afraid I'd have to repeat myself again.So, in essence, if you are looking for some hard working, ever learning, never content person who has many situations in which he should be quiet, but is not, hit me up.
