Managed, administered and optimized Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Fisheye) and other software development tools (Jenkins, Sonatype Nexus, GitHub) for a large financial institution in a restricted unix environment. We integrated products into existing enterprise processes, enhancing distribution, upgradeability, security, and reliability. Led a team of professionals, overseeing security aspects, addressing vulnerabilities identified by automated scan systems and incorporating new tools (GitHub) into the development environment. We scripted in bash as well as Python and wrote Ansible playbooks, utilizing version control systems to improve distribution, collaboration, and system maintenance. The team provided exceptional support and administration for the mentioned systems, ensuring prompt issue resolution and dynamic improvements.
