Entrepreneur, business networker, communication and marketing expert - a very short summary of my professional main activities today. My fields of work include national / international cooperations and event management (BVMW executes more than 2.000 events a year), project management & intercultural communication (working regularly as a visiting lecturer at universities) and corporate management for several companies und organisations. Working as a research associate in the context of projects of the European Commission and the Council of Europe, I published nearly 20 articles and books. I got experience abroad learning and working in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, United States, Poland and Canada. Concerning my academic background, I was student and doctoral candidate at the universities of Osnabrueck and Maastricht, holding a state examination certificate (geography, politics, German studies und education science - "Lehramt an Gymnasien").Deep in my heart, geography will always be my popular subject.
