I was responsible for making sure all freight that is loaded on the trucks gets to the relevant destination on time and promptly. We had to work together as a team and have constant communication to ensure that the job gets done. I had to use many systems on the computers to keep a record of what is travelling through the network and whether it requires any customs checks, but also to make sure that we were safely and securely loading the outbound trucks and provide any necessary paperwork.
