• Preparation and lodgment of Income Activity Statements( IAS) and Business Activity Statements( BAS)• Monthly payroll for over 50 employees including submission of Single Touch Payroll( STP )files to ATO• Fixed Assets, Insurances, maintaining and lodgments of Long Service Leave for all states• Negotiating with insurance brokers for quotes including Public Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation and Contract and Business to ensure best pricing• In charge of Accounts Receivable & Payables departments including Bank Account Reconciliations for the company as well as subsidiary companies• Cash flow and budgeting

• Development, training and implementation of Retail Operations policies and procedures• Overseeing daily banking & operations of 100 stores• Monitoring of all Telco contracts• Manage national debtors ledger, cash flow and write offs• Liaise with collection agencies• Develop and maintain relationships with major corporate clients• Mentor staff, monitoring of KPIs and reduction of Debtors Sales Outstanding (DSO)• Communicate regularly with Regional and State Managers and attend monthly management meetings

• Ensuring regular comprehensive audits are undertaken including stocktakes• Ensuring the company’s internal policies and procedures are complied with • Reporting of internal thefts and non-compliance of policies are reported to management and National Risk Manager for appropriate action• Training Store Managers to ensure weekly stocktakes are conducted- Workplace Health and Safety
