This role leads Nexon's Strategy & Architecture, Cybersecurity and Data and Analytics practices

This position directs the continual improvement and innovation of CSA’s technology offerings in accordance with CSA’s mission, core values, and purpose. The Head of Innovation is accountable for CSA’s technology portfolio advancement and go to market strategy.

This role leads large and complex technology consulting projects and programs. Responsible for client engagement from start to finish; acting as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow processes, technical best practices, architecture design and configuration to ensure outcomes are successfully achieved.Key activities include opportunity identification and qualification, defining solution architecture, estimating effort, performing platform demonstrations, preparing statements of work, facilitating customer facing workshops with business stakeholders, overseeing platform configuration, acting as the point of escalation for project related issues, directing and mentoring other consultants within the team.

This role was responsible for technology strategy, product management, solution architecture, vendor relationship management and go-to-market for CSA’s service management solutions. This was a varied role requiring C-level engagement through to solution development with both commercial and technical stakeholders.Evolved and matured CSA’s managed services go-to-market. This included driving the business case for an ITSM program to transform the platforms, processes and operating model for CSA managed services as well as defining sales, pre-sales and commercial templates. Developed and executed an analytics led go-to-market which doubled the ACV of managed services under contract.Through conceptualisation and lean product development a key focus of this role was also taking new capabilities to market, such as CSA’s Device-as-a-Service and User Facing Service Desk offerings and the formation of CSA’s ServiceNow Consulting practice.

Progressed from a Trainee Engineer through to a Level 2 Engineer. Technology specialisation was primarily network and security. Delivered implementation projects underpinned by HP and Cisco networking and Palo Alto Firewalls.
