Advising clients and project managing large scale pension exercises from planning and feasibility to implementation typically lasting 12-18mths. Projects are often highly technical in nature and of key importance to a client’s strategic planning relying on me to deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment.

• Defined, managed and executed the full lifecycle of three high profile projects concurrently within the National Strategies delivering educational products using the PRINCE2 methodology, reporting to the Department for Education (DfE). • Controlled using various tracking tools annual project budgets from £150,000 to £1.5 million, ensuring all forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, invoice and purchase orders are accounted for and up to date for regular financial delivery reports.• Built, managed and motivated cross-functional project teams in a difficult and changeable environment reacting government announcements ensuring delivery of all products to time, cost and quality parameters whilst maintaining a strong working relationships at all levels of the business. Formulated and updated project plans and maintained schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring all milestones are met and accurately reported against.

• Successfully managed and delivered over 150 events across England on average ranging from 10-120 people attending. Delivered a high profile national launch event for over 500 people in London, which had the extra pressure of having a government minister present on the day.• On an average day answer around 15-20 wide ranging queries professionally and confidently to teachers, parents and Local Authority staff across England and adhering to Key Performance Indicators set out in the contract with the DfE.
