I specialize in Mechanical Maintenance, having most recently been employed in a Maintenance Coordinator role with New Century Resources at Karumba Port, where I was also employed as a Continual Improvement Coordinator, Production supervisor and Operator Maintainer in plant operations. Prior to this experience I worked in the hydraulic engineering field for 12 years. This career has given me experience in both mining and civil machinery repair and maintenance, for both fixed plant and mobile equipment. Before these positions I was employed in both large and small engineering companies around North Queensland, having also operated my own business as a sole trader in metal fabrication. I did my first Trade in structural fabrication with CSR sugar at Pioneer mill, before completing my second trade as a fitter/machinist.
