I have lived in the mining town of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia for most of my life.With over 20 years spent working in the mining service sector, I have vast experience in machinery repair and sales. Along with my wife Jaymi, we are the founders and Managing Director's of Worthy Parts, which has been operating since 2014. Worthy Parts provides holistic solutions for buying, selling & sourcing parts, components and machinery from around the globe. Another key area of the business also includes providing a range of asset disposal and minesite cleanup solutions.In 2016, Worthy Parts was awarded the winner of the Goldfields Business Award (5-10 employees category), and were a finalist for the Western Australian State Telstra Business Awards. The same year saw the separation of the Worthy Parts website, and the launch of Industry Link Media. ILM creates new and exciting content for our clients through our range of services that include Brand & Marketing Strategy, Website Design, Video Production, Graphic Design, Digital Advertising and Podcast Production.December 2018 saw the WP and ILM team pull off a large event with the design of Industry Link Auction and Expo – Kalgoorlie. This event saw 2400 industry leaders embark to Kalgoorlie to either buy and sell heavy machinery or set up at the Expo and promote their business, technology, services or products.Round 2 of the Expo was held just under 12 months later to coincide with the unveiling of the Mining Legends rebuilt R2900G Loader. The Mining Legends Project was our initiative which saw over 80 businesses donate their labour and services towards rebuilding the machine and selling it to KCGM. Over $800,000 was raised for charity through this project. In 2022 Worthy Group was created to coincide with the acquisition of a major mining services repair business, Boyes Equipment SVS.Boyes operates a team of over 70 staff from large workshop facilities in Kalgoorlie and Perth. Boyes has built a solid reputation in the Goldfields and across the state, as the premier heavy duty repair shop for over 30 years.
