Successful Frame-work Tenders Such as the White Rose, West Midlands & North West for children's commissioning of placements for our vulnerable young children in care.Responsible for all aspects of Safeguarding within the residential care sector, currently also designated safeguarding Lead.Experienced senior leader/head of service.experience includes: . Responsible Individual Children’s HomesI have 25 years social care experience working exclusively in the Children's Care sector; from point of entry through to current position, I have 18 years experience as a leader, as Team Manager, Service Manager and now Head of Service/Senior leadership level. Experience includes leadership of Safeguarding Teams, Children in Care Teams, Complex Safeguarding Team and Special Projects. I also have been involved in many other ventures in respect of improving and supporting to develop resources for young people in care and the companies that support them both public and private sectors.
